Nextline is a Warsaw-based search fund looking for acquisitions in Poland in growing industries. Their "sweet spot" are companies with revenue from 20 mln PLN (ca. 5.2 mln USD) and min. 6 mln PLN (ca. 1.6 mln USD) EBITDA (operational profit + depreciation); high share of recurring revenue; and a business owner who wants to retire or transition out and cares about the future of his company. ​
